Used for one night. Motorcyclist...

Liked: Stunning location. Rural and quiet. Private off road parking for the motorcycles. Brand new outdoor pool and jacuzzi were fantastic as 30 degree heat until 6/7 pm. Bar /restaurant 30 minutes walk. Great burgers and music.
Disliked: Bit difficult to locate room but spoke with owner and got sorted.

Liked: Located in a quiet area surrounded by hills, close to Bologna. We spent only one night there. We received messages with instructions on how to check in and where to find the keys. During our stay, we didn’t meet any staff; check-out was also very simple. An outdoor pool is available, but we didn’t have time to try it.
Disliked: We booked an apartment with two bedrooms, but it had also been reserved for others, so in the end, we were given two separate rooms. One room had only a wine cooler instead of a regular fridge, and the other room didn’t have a fridge at all.

You could get way better...

Liked: Clean nice breakfast
Disliked: The property is undergoing renovation removed the garden with a pool and not putting the rates down even though your not getting the same views plus WATER CUTT OFF PLUS NOISE FROM DIGGERS The photos are NOT as you will find in reality

Liked: We were 2 couples. 1 couple in La Quercia and one in depandansa La Quercia. We were in spacious and very nice double room under the roof with lots of windows and clean bathrom. If you have problems to find the house or any other thing just write to Vicky and she answer to you imidiately. Good salted and sweet breakfast. Acces with motorbike or car directly to the house.Everything was super.
