The staff were very nice...

Liked: The air conditioning was great so we were very comfortable and felt safe while in the hotel because of the many locks. The staff there were very friendly and the accommodation is close to the train/bus station and a short walk from restaurants.
Disliked: The shower pressure was very poor so it was difficult to shower properly and wash hair. Check in was also difficult as I had to call the hotel for them to let me inside to check in as they didn’t send check in details prior to our arrival but we made it work.

Comfortable and good value for...

Liked: Very comfortable bed and impressive high ceilings! Delicious fresh pastries for breakfast which was a welcome surprise. 20 minutes from most of the sights but a nice walk down the river meant we didn’t mind being a bit out of the way!
Disliked: Nothing, very lovely stay.

Great, would highly recommend

Liked: The host who checked us in was very welcoming and helpful during our stay. She provided us with everything we needed and even let us check in early. Very satisfied with the experience.
Disliked: Would just suggest the hotel to clarify instructions to get to the second floor instead of the first. Very minor issue, however.
