Location, location and location.

Liked: The location is great as it's 1 minute walk to the beach.and 5 minutes walk to shops and restaurants around Ocean Avenue. The upper level of the property has partial view of the ocean. Some of the staff (younger staff) were very courteous, hospitable and friendly. Buffet breakfast was delightful and you get to enjoy partial view of the ocean, enhancing the dining experience. The happy hour, complimentary wine adds a nice touch. The property is kept clean with well maintained courtyard, garden and pool. Very relaxing to sit out in the courtyard. We'll come back again.
Disliked: The thermostat didn't work and kept giving error signs stating, something like "access not allowed ", so we gave up on it, but it got to 61 degrees in the middle of the night, and we ended up calling the front desk. It took about 5 minutes to reach someone who brought us an extra blanket and a space heater within 10 minutes. The staff said she never heard of this error message, but after we reported this problem, the thermostat all of sudden worked. Housekeeping service can do better at cleaning. The bathroom was not cleaned and the wash towels were not replaced.

A peaceful, comfortable, beautiful gem

Liked: I liked everything about this place. Pictures don't do the place justice. There are lovely details everywhere you go or look. The staff was gracious and welcoming.

Liked: I loved this quaint hotel which has so much style and character. It has an excellent bar and serves a great breakfast!
