Overall a lovely hotel with...

Liked: Location is fantastic. Loved the view from the balcony and the sound of the ocean at night. We enjoyed the restaurant and spectacular sunsets.
Disliked: The front desk just couldn’t get it right. We had two families checking in. At first they had two rooms under the same name. We asked to separate the rooms and assign corresponding names to each room. The next day I’m ordering room service to my room and I’m told my room is under my friend’s name. We go downstairs to fix that again… go to the spa and ask the spa to charge massages to each corresponding name/room. I look at the bill- all the services for me and my friends are charged to my room . We asked for later check out. The front desk person took out keys and adjusted them to later check out… The day of the check out my husband went downstairs and when he returned he was locked out of the room because it was past the regular check out…. Through the whole stay only one elevator was working.

Very dated hotel …with unimpressive...

Liked: Not too much time like here….aside from friendly staff
Disliked: Very dated facility and not near a top quality facility. Aside from the old and dated facilities even the restaurant is dated and void of sophisticated design. Not sure how anyone could rate this with favorable comments!

Disappointing Noble House property

Liked: I picked this because of its location at the beach and that was great--the restaurant at the hotel was great (Baleen) the valet staff was excellent
Disliked: If you aren't a 'member' of the club here I would advise you stay elsewhere--it cost us over $1000 per night to stay here and if you aren't a club member --kind of like a second class citizen--it is also still really torn up --you would think that would be reflected in the price

Disappointing

Liked: The manager, Ken, was amazing. He did whatever he could to make our stay better even though we were staying on the 12th floor and the elevators were broken.
Disliked: It’s unbelievable how a hotel like this one just had one elevator working and during Christmas Eve the only elevator that was working broke. My family was occupying 4 rooms on the 12th floor, I have senior parents, I suffer from a health issue and my sister just had a baby. It was very unfortunate the elevator breaking while our stay.

Liked: Not much.
Disliked: Hotel was supposed to be renovated. One elevator broken, other one is in terrible shape. Room is terribly dated. Dirty walls, dirty ceiling, rusty stained bathroom.

Liked: Breakfast was wonderful! The staff was very friendly, view was great from outside, and food was very good.
Disliked: The only issue we had was the elevator when we arrived. There was a problem with having only one working elevator and it was taking very long to get between floors. Our concerns were handled immediately and in a very professional and friendly manner.

Liked: The location.
Disliked: The Hotel is overbooked. The bathtub was flooded with water and the doors did not close properly. The toilet was moving all the time. The cleaning of the room was terrible. The restaurant food is extremely expensive.
