Exceptional
Liked: It was quiet. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking at the red rocks rocks
Disliked: The shower curtains were a little old and grungy and needs replaces but that is literally the only thing and thats minor in our opinion

Great stopping point in Sedona!
Liked: Great location, nice privacy between rooms.
Disliked: Only thing is there didn’t seem to be a front desk available most of the time? But they are very easy to reach via phone so that’s not the biggest deal, just different from other accommodations.

Liked: Sedona's natural beauty meets European provincial charm (with a microwave, coffee maker & bar sized fridge inside the room). Rooms are not all the same, so depending on your mobility & ability to carry your own luggage up stairs can depend on the room you get. If you can carry your own luggage upstairs, highly recommend getting an upper floor room, as the views of the red rocks are worth it. Family member, with a cane, had no problem with lower floor. Many outside areas to sit & enjoy your coffee, cocktail or other renters company. 1 parking space assigned to each room. Sedona is a dark sky city, so a short walk to a back parking lot behind the arts building offers great viewing of the sky, so bring your flashlight for the walk & binoculars for sky viewing. We enjoyed the rustic charm & would stay here again.
Disliked: If you require perfection & 24 hr staff, this is not the place for you.
