Liked: My wallet was pickpocketed in the metro, and the staff were amazingly helpful and supportive, with all sorts of useful suggestions.

Liked: The service was absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond. The rooms were quaint and perfectly French.
Disliked: The only negative might be how small the bathroom was. But that’s super minor.

overall a truly fantastic stay...

Liked: The staff at the hotel were fantastic! They were warm and welcoming and helpful. We needed help ensuring a taxi would take us to CDG for our return flight and they took care of it. My kids loved staying at this hotel. The location is really good and walkable to Notre Dame, the Louvre, and of course all the shops and restaurants in the neighborhood.
Disliked: The room was a little dated, but also seemed to be part of the charm.
