Liked: Location was perfect
Disliked: Cleanliness and orderly checkin. I was checked into an already occupied room which also smelled of weed. After being checked into a new room, I noticed it still smelled funky.

Awful stay, awful customer service.

Liked: Cute boutique hotel, and room was super tiny
Disliked: We had an issue with the AC unit dripping water they came to vent out while we were trying to get ready for dinner, came back from dinner same problem, try falling asleep with a trash bin under a dripping AC all night and a wet, muggy room. They didn’t even try changing the room. No effort to try to better accommodate us. Manager promised a refund, but ask to do the claim through booking.com because it was a 3rd party booking. Well, he lied booking.com try about 2-3 times to reach him and they emailed the property and they never responded.

Bad

Liked: Poor quality. When any room open you can feel as your door is pulling or shaking. No iron box. No coffee machine.
Disliked: Good staff behavior

Good location!

Liked: The location can’t be beat! The beds were comfortable and the staff friendly.
Disliked: There are restrictions how big your car can be to park in their garage, which was never explained before we got there. There was street parking and a garage near by, but it would have been nice to know beforehand.

Cute room

Liked: Loved little Italy, great food, great people, street fair, pood parking, close to ships, Balboa Park, old town and beach
Disliked: The room was tiny, no maid service, no place to have coffee, no coffee pot, microwave and we wanted to have lunch in our room and relax after walking but there was no place to have a seat for the two of us, one had to sit on the bed.

Very handy for Little Italy.

Liked: Couldn't be better location for Little Italy! Nice staff. Very good condition facilities & premises.
Disliked: High street/sidewalk noise in room. Small TV, no microwave, no coffee maker, only partially effective blackout curtain, dead pillows.

Disliked: Parking. Hotel lot was full and we spent 20 min driving around to find parking and paying $50
