Fantastic Experience
Liked: EXTREMELY friendly staff. VERY client oriented approach. They arranged a taxi for us, they permitted early check-in and late-check out. Really good English speakers. Fantastic selection of teas for breakfast. Great location close to the city center and the harbour.
Disliked: The sauna space could have had also a whirlpool :-)

If making the effort to...
Liked: Being English speaking, we needed a little more help than most when checking in and asking about where to explore given we only had 24 hours in Brest. The staff at the hotel were amazing and very knowledgeable and helpful. Once we had explored the town on foot, we realised just how central the hotel was to the town centre, the tram, restaurants and cafes etc. We however decided to dine at the French bistro 2 doors up from the hotel and had the most amazing culinary experience which far exceeded our expectations.
