Liked: Lovely hotel in lovely location. Reception staff lovely & night porter lovely & helpful
Disliked: Restaurant/kitchen staff lacked competence. A friend with us suffers badly with celiac she specified Gluten Free a few times in the one order & was still violently sick that night. Staff were not apologetic & showed no empathy. More awareness needed about celiac in hotels & eateries. This affects people’s lives badly emotionally & physically so training badly needed in this area

Lovely little stay with my...

Liked: Staff were so welcoming and friendly. We received a free room upgrade on arrival and were able to check in early also at no extra cost. The receptionist also gave my son an Easter egg and allowed him access to the bouncy castle they had on site for the Easter holidays. The rooms were lovely, clean, and comfortable with everything needed for our stay. We visited the swimming pool while there also which wasn't too overcrowded, and the hotel provides towels for guests to use here. The service and standard of food in the restaurant were as exceptional as always and again, and again is good value for money. There are loads of options for breakfast in the mornings as well. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff who go out of their way to be pleasant and helpful at all times. There is also loads of on site parking too.
