Misrepresentation of rooms

Liked: On the beach, nice pool says heated wasnt,restaurant on premises. Silvio and Hector at restaurant are 5 star employees made our stay tolerable.
Disliked: Photos online are misrepresentation of rooms,old dingy,uncomfortable no charging ports or outlet by beds,restaurant not open all hours and expensive not alot of choices. Very expensive for what you get not worth the price for me, I expected luxury accommodations got a 2 star experience.

Seven out of 10 pretty...

Liked: Restaurant was great food very nice.
Disliked: Coffee pot in our room leaked all over the counter. Every time you tried to use it ventilation in bathroom was terrible. Every shower we took there was rust colored water dripping from the ceiling vent. Also no designated smoking areas.
