In the end, I think...
Liked: 1. It was cheaper than all the other options.
3. Our problem with the door was solved pretty fast.
4. We were lucky to find a parking spot every day.
But that?s it.
Disliked: The whole experience from the beginning till the end was really bad. It was the worst motel during our Cali-Nevada-Arizona trip. 1. our bank card was not accepted by the motel?s system. After 15 minutes of trying the card was finally accepted, but later we found out that the card was wrongly charged twice + the deposit. We had to wait for whole 3 weeks for the money, which was wrongly charged, to be back on our account, no one answered our letters. 2. when we left the room at 10 am we closed the door and made sure it was locked. We came back at 4 pm to pick up stuff and found out that the door was open - we entered the room without the key. We think that smth went wrong with the door after the room service but no one did anything. Basically anyone in San Francisco could enter our room at that period of time. We complained immediately, in the end the motel provided a new room for us, where we moved right away. 3. there was no safe in any room as promised 4. the iron board was broken, it was not possible to iron at all 5. the shower in the first room was weak 6. it was extremely loud ! the second room was even louder. It felt like we were sleeping right on the street, and the traffic was busy almost 24h a day there 7. the breakfast was bad as usually in the states - only sugary for breakfast (coffee, white bread, jam) 8. very expensive for such bad quality

Good location, beware no safe...
Liked: Only positive about this location is it was not too pricey and not far from Presidio park and the Golden Gate Bridge.
Disliked: No safe as advertised, asked the guy at the desk told me that they don't have safes anymore and that the website is wrong. I wasn't too happy about this but persevered. The room had a musky smell that didn't clear in the 5 nights we were there. We were only provided 3 pillows despite there being two of us. They were quite thin, when asked for another one, guy at the desk told me he couldn't help as the motel was full and therefore he didn't have any spares, then palmed me off to the manager in the morning. At this point I had no desire to go to the desk a third time. "Light continental" breakfast consisted of toast and some cereal. That's it. We ate out each morning after the first.

Liked: The property was central. There were many buses to get to different areas of the city. It seemed to be a safe area of San Francisco.
Disliked: The shower was not very hot. We were told to park adjacent to the property the first night that ended up getting an $80 ticket. I didn't appreciate the property not reimbursing us. I am not from San Francisco and trusting the hotel's employee gave me an very inconvenient expense. Not cool.

Not good from top down
Liked: Resolution to my bill. Call me back.
Disliked: Front desk most of the time was great. Had to cancel one room because my son had a high fever and could not fly in. Called front desk and explained problem. She said no problem there would be no charge for that room. But my credit card was hit for the full amount for both rooms. Called again explained problem Was told I had to send email to Bobbie Did that. Crickets. TV did not work. Cleaning staff never got to our room hair dryer only worked with highest heat. Stay away. Very far away.
