Scam place, not worth it

Disliked: WARNING if you are looking for a place to relax, this place is a scam. It’s beautiful, but nothing works. They will give you a room where you can hear absolutely everything outside and they will SEAT people having breakfast literally outside of where you are sleeping. My husband and I were taking a shower and the people having breakfast outside could see inside and hear everything. Jacuzzi doesn’t work at all and when we tried to use the pool they were setting up for a party or whatever (noise, noise and more noise). It’s more like an event space than a hotel. We finally got fed up when they were blasting music on a Sunday at 9:40pm and decided to leave. Do not stay here if your intention is to have privacy and relax, there are better places in Cuernavaca.

Beautiful and enjoyable stay!

Liked: Beautiful place, extremely great and friendly service, and there was always someone around who understood my English and bad Spanish! Meals were extra, and all very delicious and interesting. My king room was large, lots of space in the bathroom and closets. Unlike some others have reported, I thought the 15-20 minute walk to the historic center during the daylight hours was fine (but I love to walk).
Disliked: The only thing I didn't like was that the music they played went until later into the evening and could be heard in my room. But it always stopped before I went to bed, so never disturbed my sleep.

Liked: The staff is very kind, we had a problem and they solved it immediately.The food is amazing, I recommend you to try as much as you can and also the sunday brunch.Amazing swimming pool and privacy.
Disliked: The bathroom is a bit outdated and some parts of the building are very deteriorated.

Beautiful property in quiet neighborhood

Liked: The room was spacious and beautifully appointed. We had a king bed which was very comfortable. The courtyard and pool are very pretty. We did not go in, but it was lovely to see. The weekend buffet was very nice for a reasonable fee. The continental breakfast included with our room was adequate.
Disliked: Water pressure was very week and showering was difficult. It is an old building and perhaps water is at a premium here. But for the price of our stay, I expected more. Cuernavaca is not really a walkable city. Most accommodations are outside the city center and not really safe to walk. Uber is very reasonable, so that did not end up being a problem. But this hotel is not walkable to the center as some reviews indicated. It is a 10 minute cab ride.

Liked: Very personal and beautiful place!! The staff was very helpful and good spirited. I recommend everyone to book and enjoy!

Colonial Villa and pool garden...
