It was great the second...
Liked: The room we got when we first arrived was not renovated, old, needed repairs and was uncomfortable but we were moved the next day to a much nicer newly renovated room and loved and enjoyed the rest of our stay. Management and a couple of staff members went out of their way to fix this issue and make us happy. Mgt even compted our parking for the 2 days.
Disliked: The room we got when we first arrived was not renovated, old, needed repairs and was uncomfortable. It was awful. After I went to the staff about how it didn't look like what I saw online and was very disappointed they stepped up and moved us to a much nicer renovated room.

Website description not accurate
Liked: Clean rooms and prompt service from front desk.
Disliked: We rented a suite that was not renovated. The windows did not open, the countertops where all chipped. The worst part is that there was not an air conditioner. The bedrooms had a window unit that was not enough for the area. Very dissapointing not to be informed of no air conditioning. That is a detail that should not be overlooke. So we had to pay more to move into a unit with a/c. That is another huge inconvenience.

Great location and view, but...
Liked: Bait and switch: a part of the hotel is beautiful and new. There’s another building that is trash. Our room was in the trash building. Very disappointed.
Disliked: The building is in terrible contiions; the unit was as clean as the cleaning staff could make it but the furniture was used, dirty, scratched. They should be ashamed.

The most disappointed we have...
Liked: Absolutely nothing
Disliked: Basically everything, They are putting guests in rooms that could not possibly pass an inspection. Water damage everywhere, peeling paint, dorm room furniture, filthy deck. The manager gave us $50 off per night and free parking, when we complained at checkout (he wasnt available before then). Basically $100 back, when they should have comped both nights. They absolutely know the conditions of the facilities and take peoples money anyway. This property should not be listed on booking.com who also have culpability in the experience of their guests. What is booking.com prepared to do, not sure i can trust using the service again.
