Liked: The hotel was nice. The only issue I had was when I went to take a shower. The bottle of body wash was empty, so I used the bar soap instead. please inspect the bottles and make sure they are full before your guest arrive.

Disliked: The room we had was very rundown for the money we paid. And it would be nice for the hotel to let you know that weddings would be going on on the floor above you. The noise was terrible..

Not good--Not returning and warning...

Liked: The second room was good, although there were no chairs for a workstation. Also the coffee machine was not near an electrical outlet and I had to move it to secure an outlet. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was a good size.
Disliked: This property advertises an updated and attractive space on Booking.com where I purchased the room. However, upon arrival and check-in, I was given outdated, raunchy accommodations, which I refused to stay in and demanded the space advertised. Staff claimed that they have two different levels of accommodations, based upon pricing and this was the accommodation I paid for. There are no pictures that depict the accommodations that they attempted to put me in and I insisted that they meet the accommodations that I paid for. After a back and forth conversation, they placed me in the renovated space which met my needs. There were problems with the updated accommodations, which lacked chairs for a workstation and adequate coffee station electrical outlet. Additionally, the heat in the room was controlled by the property and I had to call the front desk six times with this complaint. A maintenance person came on one occasion to re-program this system, but the system was turned out during the night and the room temperature went down to 64 degrees during the night. The next morning I called Booking.com and canceled the remainder of my reservation and found other accommodations. I was charged a cancellation penalty fee. I do not intend to return to this property.

Liked: Location overlooking the cove, size of room, beds & pillows were very comfortable. Staff was great! We stayed in the Pines wing.
Disliked: The rain shower head is too high for a short person, there was very low water pressure difficult to adjust, shower door did not stay closed.
