Pleasant hotel but not 5...

Liked: The staff were friendly. Our bedroom and bathroom seemed to have been recently refurbished which was good. Bed was comfy. Great location on the edge of St Aubin, across the road from the beach. Lovely pool area. Good food at breakfast with a wide variety to choose from.
Disliked: This is not a 5 star hotel, but 4 star, so it is actually quite expensive for what you get. The water pressure in our room on the top floor was too low. There were no hooks/shelves in the bathroom - putting them in would make a real difference. Although the food at breakfast was tasty, the coffee was poor and tepid.

Liked: Location and staff were pleasant but obviously overstretched
Disliked: The accommodation is tired, requires extensive update &maintenance to return it to its former good standard.Outdoor pool was not heated and the water became so murky it was unsafe to swim in.Breakfast is passable but lacks variety.Requires attention and investment
