Dirty smelly hotel not like...

Liked: The location was its only saving grace
Disliked: Dirty rooms with cockroaches. The manager was extremely rude about it and said ‘what do you expect it’s New Orleans/you’ve only paid €100 dollars for this room’ when we complained. Uncomfy sinking beds

Liked: The property was great and looked exactly like the pictures. It was very spacious and great location in walking distance to the French Quarter without being so close that you heard all the noise.
Disliked: Nothing. We enjoyed the hotel

I won’t stay there again

Liked: Conversation with the female desk clerk upon check out.
Disliked: Stepping on cockroaches Loud noises outside windows up until 3:00 a.m.

Liked: This property was in a great location central to the French Quarter, it was clean and comfortable. A quiet, at peace, hotel in the middle of a busy city was the perfect touch for our stay. We will be back!

Liked: Really nice location and lovely rooms

Liked: The location & the receptionist was very kind.
Disliked: The cleaners were making noises since 8am and laughing between them with social media videos and basically screaming in the middle of the hallways. We let them know if they can lower the voice a little since it was really hard to sleep but they did not care.
