Disliked: It wasn't as luxurious as it was presented online, but otherwise, it was great, and central, and one lift, but we didn't have to wait too long.

Great hotel in the heart...

Liked: The proximity to everthing was perfect. The staff was absolutely wonderful, pleasant and very attentative.I did like that there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room.
Disliked: No view from my room window. I like to drink coffee and look out my window observing the moment outside To access the restaurant I had to exit the hotel to gain access. No coffee in the room

Liked: Tolle Lage am Rande des French Quarter.

Nice but too pricy

Liked: The location of the hotel is just perfect. Right in the middle between French Quarter and Canal Street. Car Park near by and everything in walking distance. The flair of the old hotel was nice, but in the end too pricy for the offert service. The front desk at daytime was a blast, the nightshift instead couldn't be more sleepy.
Disliked: Hairdryer was a melted brick of plastic, we found kids toys right next to our bed (cleaning?), the windows haven't seen water and soap for at least half a year etc.Coffee and water in the lobby are fine, but a coffeemaker in the room would have been nice too. Over all too pricy.

Liked: Shawn and Ms. Jeanette have been amazing. The location is perfect, the room is very comfortable.
Disliked: Sensor light is off putting. Comes on as soon as anyone moves.
