Pleasant

Liked: The location & the receptionist was very kind.
Disliked: The cleaners were making noises since 8am and laughing between them with social media videos and basically screaming in the middle of the hallways. We let them know if they can lower the voice a little since it was really hard to sleep but they did not care.

Disliked: There was no table whatsoever for our room. Despite being advertised as having a microwave we did not have one in our room

Disliked: Airconditiong was very average. Can here people walking above on next floor as well as through the walls in next room.

Overall, it was a nice...

Liked: The location was great a quick walk to Bourbon Street and to Canal Street and the hotel itself was very nice. The room was a nice size. I like the high ceilings. The staff was very pleasant.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the air conditioner did not work properly. We had no air for two days.

A short walk to key...

Liked: Good location. It is an easy walk to popular sights in the French Quarter. Staff are friendly and hotel seems secure. It was good to have 24 hr reception too, given we had a late arrival and early departure. They also held our luggage which was helpful :) and called us a taxi to the airport which turned out to be much cheaper than an Uber. There are lots of places to eat close by.
Disliked: Room 2016 (2 double beds) was very noisy early in the morning (from 5am). It is opposite a loading bay and there are also bins below it. We found the rooms on the 2nd floor quite dark, unfortunately there is also no overhead lighting (opposite of the pictures which look lovely and light). Perhaps it is lighter on the higher floors....
