Liked: Everything. Clean. Comfortable. Safe. Airport shuttle- all hours. Staff is very accommodating. Early check in, late check out, if rooms are available. Close to a lot of good food.
Disliked: Nothing, well, the free food on hospitality nights was yuk. The drinks were yum!

Brilliant escape in the heart...

Liked: The room was brilliant. So clean and modern and like a home away from home. The pool was so nice and the breakfast was better than average and the whole place was well looked after and clean. Gym was a great setup. Location was super handy to shops and the college.
Disliked: I did hear the people upstairs walking around and felt like the ceiling was creaking a lot. Would have liked some tea bags and milk in the room.

Nicely maintained property with wonderful...

Liked: The property was clean, well-maintained, and provided comfortable common areas inside and outside for relaxing. The staff was amazing; welcoming, cheerful, and very accommodating. I talked to a few of them and they said that they were happy to be working at this independently owned hotel which says a lot about the owners and management that positively impacts the front line workers.
