Modern and clean

Liked: Walking distance from the train station.Had a lift. The room was small but provided for all our needs and was very clean. The bathroom was modern and clean.The location was very good, being able to walk to restaurants and attractions.The gentleman who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: The communication via bookings.com messages was not great. Once I communicated via WhatsApp, communication improved.The 3pm check in is late, especially when we only had one night in Bologna.We had planned to give a 9 rating, we didn't appreciate the message we received telling us only to do a review if we were going to give them a 9 or 10. We did feel like giving them an 8 rating because of this but the fact is the accommodation does deserve a 9 rating.

Liked: Great location, very nice staff, easy check-in, had everything we needed!
Disliked: Unfortunately the walls in the bathroom were really dirty, like I was able to scrape thick dark dirt off the walls. Everything else was very clean, so this was a little odd. The hair dryer attached to the wall didn’t work (turned off every 30 seconds and needed several minutes to work again), but luckily we found another one underneath the cabinet that worked!

Overall great experience.

Liked: Clean, quiet, perfect location (piazza magiore, university quarter/via zamboni, train station etc. in walking distance) and the host Lucca was very nice. :)I'll be back!

Liked: It is really close to the main points of atraction. Clean room, comfortable bed.

Liked: The space is well newly renovated and I loved how spacious the bathrooms were!
Disliked: The mattress could’ve been better, it was slanted in towards the middle.
