Disliked: We were lucky not to have hot water, there was boiler issue.So kids were not having shower for the entire stay.

Disliked: There was lot of smoke/weed smell at the hallways.

Disliked: 1st room smelled very musty. Using the bathroom, we heard rustling noises by the light fixture above the bathroom vanity. Next morning I found mouse droppings on the bathroom countertop. We asked to be switched to a different room. There was no hot water during our entire 2 night stay. No umbrellas in the pool area. The hotel lobby looks clean and updated, however the floors where the rooms are located smell musty and wallpaper bubbling and coming off the walls. Very dark and sad looking. Do not recommend. Mike the hotel operations manager, was friendly and tried to do his best apologizing for the mishaps, but did not offer anything like getting a discount on our current stay.
