Lovely stay in Toulouse

Liked: Everything was great.
Disliked: The bed was very firm. Too much so.

Liked: Great location, easy walking distance to many shops and squares and restaurants
Disliked: I’m sure they know but the shower in our small room did leak a lot. We had to put our shower towels on the floor after we had showers. No big deal for us as of course they replaced when making up the room.

Liked: The location, the staff and the courtyard
Disliked: The breakfast, although good, often ran out of food which was either slowly replaced or not replaced at all. The bedroom although large, needs attention as lots of things not working / damaged / stained (e.g. bedside table was wonky, the vanity light & bedside lamp did not work. Carpet in bedroom & lounge area stained, sofa by door stained! Air Conditioner did not work. The cupboard was too small to hang clothes properly and more importantly, the Hammam was out of Order for all the 3 days we were there, which they knew beforehand and never informed us!! Given that it's advertised as a spa hotel and this was for a special birthday treat it was extremely disappointing and when asked where else - they wanted to send us 30mins away to a public spa - you would think they'd have a backup plan!!

Perfect base for a trip...

Liked: Restaurant was exceptional. Recently lost a Michelin star due to chef departing but will soon regain it if our dinner was anything to go by.
