Lovely staff and very nice...

Liked: The breakfast location was excellent. I was a little disappointed by the offerings. Difficult to find the cream for coffee as it is not in the same place. The eggs looked like pancakes so we accidentally put syrup on them. The fruit was quite good. Only one toaster so many of us had to wait. But there was a good variety. Very nice tables and comfortable area.
Disliked: breakfast items were fair.

We had a wonderful time...

Liked: The breakfast was quite good, many varied choices, good coffee. The Keurig in our room didn't work so we had to rely on the breakfast for coffee. It was very quiet at the Inn.
Disliked: The person at the desk said the room would be cleaned after three days. That didn't happen.

Liked: The view was really nice. Breakfast was fine. Room was comfortable., although a bit small.
Disliked: The toilet paper. Sounds pity to say, but the place is so nice and then they use single card to a toilet paper. Why cheap out on that?

Quiet and relaxing waterfront property.

Liked: I liked the quiet neighborhood and the friendly people. The location is perfect, not too far from home, but far enough to really relax.
Disliked: The room was tiny!! The fridge was in the bathroom, which was weird!! The rooms need curtains, because the outside decorative lights are too bright at night!
