Liked: Location was everything!!! Our room was huge and comfortable! They gave us late check out! Staff was awesome!!! Multiple pools, restaurants, coffee bar, access to the beach and free beach chairs and umbrellas
Disliked: Prices of the food! And we were accidentally charged $75 for someone else’s bar tab bc someone transcribed the room number incorrectly. They should scan their ban to pay instead of just spewing out room numbers

Liked: The room was clean, and staff that came to clean every 2 days did an awesome job. The whole resort is clean. All the staff are professional, polite, and willing to help. Erika at the AQA restaurant was always very welcoming with a beautiful smile. Julio, our waiter for 2 days, was very professional, kind polite, and very welcoming ❤️ look out for both
Disliked: Prepaid breakfast should have more options to choose from, and it took a while to receive our breakfast.

Liked: I came for my 60th birthday and this property was perfect for my needs and my guest needs. We booked 5 rooms and everyone was happy. We will definitely return! The bartenders, housekeeping and overall staff are all Aplus!!!! 10/10
