We liked the place, but...
Liked: The decor, the place was pretty new, and it worked well.
Disliked: The breakfast was very basic. Yoghurt, granola, toast, OJ, fruit. It could have been something special.We were the only guests, but even then, there was hot water for shower for only seconds! I can't imagine what it would have been with other guests there at the same time. It was a little troublesome having to use a key to gain entry to the place every time. It wasn't staffed except at breakfast time. The air conditioner was an in-room type, noisy, and didn't really cool the room very well.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: You could not stop your car to go in to register. They blew the horns to move your car. I am handicap. Terrible experience. This is the first time I have put a negative comment. We did not stay there & had to find a new accommodation

Excellent location
Liked: We liked that the location is close to the malecon.
Disliked: There is no parking at the hotel and the street is very narrow.

Would stay here again.
Liked: The plane is super cute and comfortable. They provided a coffee pot and coffee in the room. We had a wonderful terrace to enjoy.
Disliked: The room was a little on the small side. Although the king size bed was great, a queen size bed would have fit the room much better.

Liked: good location, nice comfortable room. Great staff!very nice breakfast options served in a pretty courtyard.
Disliked: no parking provided.we did find a secure parking lot a couple blocks away for 120 pesos per day

Comfortable. Easy access to everything...
Liked: The hotel is really cute. So comfortable and clean. The staff is really nice and helpful and the breakfast is delicious
Disliked: We were on a room next to the street and it was noisy

Very comfortable stay
Liked: Very central location. Very clean and cozy. Staff is super nice
Disliked: The room is a bit humid. Location is super center that means you hear everything including the carnival music until 4am

Excellent location, amazing staff and...
Liked: The location was perfect and very safe and walkable for our excursions. The room was perfectly clean and amenities suitable for our stay. What can I say about the staff -they were all extremely helpful and friendly. I really appreciate that they arranged a ride for us to the airport with pick up at 5:15 AM. The beds were very comfortable.I will definitely stay there next time. I visit Chapala.
Disliked: It would have been nice to see a breakfast menu in the room.
