We had a nice stay...

Liked: The location is extraordinary and we liked the modern and tasteful style of the hotel.
Disliked: The room is a bit simple and small for the price. There wasn’t a lot of storage space.

Lots to see and do...

Liked: Great location in the centre of city, very close to the Cathedral. We felt close to everything and loved being able to walk most places. The staff, for example Pierre, were very friendly and helpful indeed.
Disliked: While our room was very comfortable, we didn’t get the room we booked. The hotel is slightly impacted by ongoing road works on one of the main Reims streets behind the hotel and our room overlooked this rather than the courtyard. The staff worked hard to offer us a move late on the first evening but we were already unpacked and actually the noise was limited as we were out all day. The spa was fairly limited but a fun way to spend an hour or so.

Liked: Excellent room. Very large. Balcony overlooking Cathedral. Helpful staff.
Disliked: Sink blocked on arrival. Couldn’t have been cleaned properly or would have noticed. Had to ask 3 times for it to be sorted out. Corridors smell of fish on 4 th floor. Huge Champagne bar list but only one unheard of make available by the glass! That’s very poor considering the near 100% mark up on bottles. Poor breakfast for the money. Struggled to get a table in bistro despite staying in hotel.

Liked: Beautiful hotel ideally situated at the top of the old town. Beautiful room with views of the valley and excellent dining.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike.

Liked: Great location. View of cathedral was magical. Beautiful property with incredible staff . I would highly recommend.
Disliked: Hard to get to the property because of road construction.
