Fabulous hotel for sightseeing in...

Liked: Fabulous hotel, exceptionally clean and stylish. Lovely spa. The staff were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. Perfect location for Notre Dame and the centre of the town. Would not stay anywhere else now in Reims.
Disliked: Nothing except that there were no croissants left when we arrived for breakfast as most guests seemed to breakfast early!

Excellent location, fabulous hotel, warm...

Liked: Excellent location, wonderful customer service. Room very chic and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Fabulous for a visit to Reims or a stopover. Parking was taken care of by the concierge. Made dogs very welcome

Lack of car access ruined...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Road in front of hotel closed which only received notification of before too late to cancel.Took 20 minutes for staff to bring car in morning which severely disrupted our travel plans

Good stay

Liked: The location cannot be beaten - opposite the Cathedral we had the most wonderful view. If you can get a room with a Cathedral view you will not be disappointed. The restaurant was absolutely fabulous too. Spa was empty when we went which was nice.
Disliked: The TV and the telephone didn't work whilst we were there. The telephone also made a sound randomly, including at night which woke us up. They tried to fix the TV and phone and failed. The second night we unplugged the phone. I had a manicure at the spa - therapist was really wonderful, however, at the time of booking the hotel didn't tell me that they don't have anything other than clear nail polish which I found very odd.
