It was great and we...

Liked: The location and free parking. Also the room was big and had everything we needed. It was also very clean and new.
Disliked: We had a street view room which was nice but it was very loud because of the street.

Poor Customer Service

Liked: Was not able to view property.
Disliked: The customer service was absolutely terrible. We suffered a family emergency on the drive down, and called in hopes of a cancellation. They told us they needed 48 hours notice; even though we had an emergency that took place hours before what was supposed to be a celebratory trip. They have no heart, and we will never book a stay again.

Great find, little gem of...

Liked: Great location for getting around San Francisco, walking distance to Fisherman’s Wharf and Pier 39. Close to bus and tram connections to get you around all the sights. Very clean and light room, the bed was very comfortable and the room was reasonably spacious with everything you could need.

Good value for money at...

Liked: Location is excellent, right in the middle of Lombard street. Staff is kind and helpful, there’s parking on-site, and it’s good value for money.
Disliked: The room smelled rather damp, which wasn’t great. The hotel itself is very basic. There’s nothing wrong with that, it’s just good to know there’s no vending machine or anything.

Superb

Liked: Good location that seemed safe. Free parking is a great plus. Easy walk along the bay to get to Fisherman's Wharf etc. The rooms looked pretty new.
Disliked: The rooms are relatively small. Especially with two Queen beds in them, there's not a lot of space left.
