Excellent location and very comfortable...

Liked: The breakfast was OK, served in a windowless room, but the staff were friendly. Very quiet room, provided the windows are kept shut. Extremely friendly and helpful staff at reception.
Disliked: Beware, it is located on a pedestrian-only street. Only taxis and authorised vehicles can stop outside. This is cumbersome with luggage.

Liked: We stayed at the junior suite for 2 nights and had the best room there for 3 people when travelling through southern Spain - space enough to breathe, relax and unpack at last! Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast as well. Very good location, but be aware of the Easter parades with crowds and noise when travelling during the week before Easter sunday ;)

Liked: Very good breakfast selections though the coffee machine was a little temperamental. As was the Saturday’s staff member, but we ate and ate well.
Disliked: Quite early each morning the various bins in the Plaza de la Trinidad were emptied and the workers were quite noisy doing it. Most of the time directly below our window. The Plaza itself while having some good cafés & bars attracts a noisier clientele on a Friday & Saturday especially. Next time we stay here we shall pack some earplugs; I wouldn’t let it put me off returning.

Liked: Housekeeping was excellent every day, we did not have breakfast but reception happy to give us fresh milk to make a morning coffee in the room. Location was great too.
