Liked: Beautiful location in the Hill Country, stunning views and well kept grounds. Staff were very friendly, always smiling and talking to our kids. Made everyone feel right at home. Prices at the resort for food and drinks are reasonable and there are plenty of options so you really don’t need to leave the resort.
Disliked: Daily cleaning service was not thorough at all, floors were still dirty after they had been there and supplies (soap, toilet paper, coffee) had not been restocked.

Liked: Each meal/snack poolside menu and service were wonderful.The pool attendants were very friendly and timely.The spa service was excellent.The valet was first rate and efficient.Lastly, the front desk staff were a joy to work with and provided the best service imaginable!
Disliked: San Antonio record heat and humidity that week
