Highly recommend this getaway.

Liked: Thermal pools/Spa was unique & worth the price of admission. Food at Greg’s Bistro was delicious (Dinner & Breakfast).
Disliked: Problem with plumbing caused guests to refill water bottles with bottled water provided for drinking water. Wasn’t clear why it was ok to brush teeth with the tap water & it would have been more convenient to have a larger container of water at least on each guest room floor. Not just one in the main lobby. Idk. More could have been done for the inconvenience.

Disliked: All pillows are too big and puffy.There should be a set of thin ones for people who prefer flatter, lower pillows.
