We really enjoy it!

Liked: The stay was very good. The room was very clean and spacious, with all the amenities. The hotel is located near important points of the city and is quiet at the same time.I suggest improving the quality of the internet service (as the signal kept cutting out) and offering vegan and gluten-free options for breakfast.
Disliked: The extra bed was a sofa that wasn't comfortable

Liked: The hotel was clean and modern and the breakfast was good for the price.
Disliked: Rude staff. I had asked if an extra pillow was possibile as the window had been open in our top floor room and a sudden rainstorm started. Meaning the skylight quickly soaked my pillow. Girl at the desk initially sighed at the request and said shed let us know. An hour passed so I called back, she now said "someone else already asked for the pillow tonight" I said "you mean this hotel has one spare pillow in the entire building?" she hesitated before saying "uh, yeah!" And very quickly added a "byeee" and hung up on me. I still struggle to believe her as both our wet pillows seem to have been replaced when we were out the next day.
