Disappointed
Disliked: Comfort of the bed, soap and shampoo provision, tea and coffee making facilities.We did not feel very welcome, more like a business transaction, which is fine in a commercial hotel but less expected in such a beautiful house with a pleasant owner

Very pretty space with some...
Liked: Lovely furnishings and decor, very nice breakfast in the morning and kind, helpful staff.
Disliked: The beds are a small double (not the same size as a double as I know in the UK), so my husband and I really struggled to sleep with the limited space. We had a room that had the potential to be an adjoining room with next door, and the connecting door is definitely not sound proof; we heard every word of next door’s conversation very clearly.

Liked: The Villa was very cosy and warm. It was filled with beautiful antiques and history. My bed was very comfortable. A lovely experience.

Pleasant, quiet guest house just outside centre, with welcoming host
Liked: Tastefully furnished guest house just a little outside the centre in a quiet street. Host very welcoming and allowed us to check in outside the standard check-in times. Breakfast was also very good (continental style)

Some inconvenience but the price is unbeatable.
Liked: The interior is gorgeous with high ceiling and large windows with the view of the nature.
Disliked: Its privately operated so you have to inform the property owner what time youll arrive, have breakfast, and return if you want to leave the luggage after checkout. Be sure to speak basic French.
