Friendly happy staff - sad...

Liked: Location is in a deserted forgotten quarter of the city, next to a large patch of derelict wasteland. One imagines that it was originally situated there for its proximity to the former head office of the Casino supermarket chain. There is absolutely nothing else out there. The name ‘citycentre’ is misleading.
Disliked: The staff are very helpful, efficient and friendly. But the hotel is tired. Wall mounted ashtrays (immaculately polished by the cleaning staff) line the corridors for example, relics of a previous time when travelling sales representatives were the main visitors, to this old business travellers hotel.
