Warm water had big problems,...

Liked: Good location since we participated at Comic Con France as exhibitors so that was very close. Nice big window you could open and get loads of fresh air. Some staff was great and that's about it.
Disliked: They had their reception under renovation which caused huge disruptions with warm water. We never had warm water during the evening. We went to the reception and they fixed it after an hour almost every time, apart from one night cause the reception person didn't know what to do. Some staff was great, while others were rude and indifferent. Even the guard knew more about how to handle the warm water complaint than the reception person.Also the breakfast was horrendous. Almost no food, even at 6:30 am. They barely had anything. The breakfast was serving the adjacent hotel too! Cyan hotel. The restaurant wasn't opened on friday evening or in the weekends, but nobody told us that so we came starving from the convention center to find out there's nowhere to eat! It was a horrible expensive experience.Also the room was the smallest room we've ever been to. Couldn't open a check-in luggage fully! Horrible!

Disliked: Back up shower and breakfast description is Missleading as to be included but then they charge for the meal. Invoice was not ready and charges were not in the computer. Do not leave without an invoice as you would not know what the final charges are going to be.

Disappointing due to the building...

Liked: The location was perfect and a stone’s throw away from the Exhibition centre. The room was clean and recently renovated.
Disliked: Although I was happy with the room it was clear that it had very recently been renovated as there was a strong smell of paint in the room. I was extremely annoyed to be woken up rather earlier to the sound of loud drilling and work men in the hall outside my room
