Modern hotel with a fantastic...

Liked: Wonderful modern hotel. The swimming pool and spa made it perfect.
Disliked: Fridge in the room was broken, security safe was missing, staff said they did not have any spare to provide. Only 2 toilet rolls for the 4 of us. Reception said they had a shortage.

Disliked: The room was not well cleaned, bathroom is old. Need a refreshment. We specifically chose this hotel because of the “supposed electric charging available” but none of the charging boxes was actually working.

Liked: The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and most of all very flexible and patient with our children. It's a hotel mostly oriented to business travelers given its location very close to the Eurexpo, the airport, and an industrial area... However, we had plenty of leisure time with our 3 young children: the pingpong table, the two table footballs, the pool with Jacuzzi... Also thanks to Remy for the lots of very helpful advice on Lyon! The restaurant was also great. We had a buffet option for little more than 30 euros for one adult, with a lot of delicious dishes and special threats. We had dinner here almost every day. Beds were also extremely comfy, which is quite rare for a hotel.
