Liked: The games for the kids on the social area of the hotel are a nice touch. The breakfast is very good.
Disliked: The hotel is far from the city centre. It is located right next to an intersection of highways (it can be noisy if you open the window) and has nothing relevant around (it is not pleasant for a walk around after dinner). It is a good location, though, if you have a car and want to explore the Provence region. In the morning of our check-out day, they knocked on our door early in the morning (4 or 5 hours before the check out time!) just to know “at what time are you going to check out”. It was the first time it ever happened to us and it is not nice, once we could be sleeping. The hotel facilities are old and had only a “make-up” by Radisson. It has carpet on the rooms and corridor.In an overall, it is not a 4-star Hotel.

Liked: The room was very comfortableMost of the staff were very pleasant
Disliked: For over a week the air conditioning was not working in all the general spaces (dining room etc). It is shocking that for that length of time when the temperature was mostly around 40C degrees the management was not able to get the necessary repair done. Very poor management.

Liked: Nicely decorated hotel. Good food at the hôtel restaurant and very nice breakfast.
Disliked: Bad smell in the elevator. Surrounding of the hotel not very nice.

Liked: everything the interior design in so modern and prettythe pool and outdoor area look amazing. The staff are so friendly and gentil

Disliked: Location - hotel was too far away from Centre, hence leading to an extended walk in very hot conditions. Food was OK but could have been better

Comfortable beds, loved the pool,...

Liked: Super comfortable beds, friendly staff, was great to have a pool. Less then 30 mins walk to the center (5 mins and 10 euros in an Uber back) and boulangerie 5 mins if needed. Tea and coffee in the room and they put up a lovely child bed for our two year old then very quickly changed it to a travel cot on request. Thank you for the great stay!
