Nice and clean comfortable hotel...

Liked: Good location and clean and spacious room
Disliked: Absence of water fountain to refill bottles in common areas (there was one in the buffet restaurant area but I had a bad experience trying to get a refill). I’ve been on a different hotel of the same chain last year and there was water fountain. The hotel claimed to have WiFi everywhere yet the rooms did not have any signal. And especially one staff member was extremely rude and unhelpful. Which honestly made the entire stay not feel as great. Breakfast buffet had very little choice and variety

Liked: The staff, the location, the evening restaurant at the hotel. Organisation is great, perfect for a stay at futuroscope with the family.
Disliked: All was good!!

Disappointing overall

Disliked: We stayed for 4 nights and were disappointed with the housekeeping service — the room was not cleaned at all during our stay, and the towels were never changed. For a multi-night stay, this is really below basic expectations. Additionally, the breakfast was overpriced considering the limited options available. Overall, the location might be convenient, but the lack of cleanliness and value for money makes it hard to recommend.

Liked: Logela eta komuna oso garbi zeuden. Futuroscope oso gertu zegoen (12 minututara oinez).
Disliked: Habitación sin nevera, y poco espacio (con cama de matrimonio y las dos supletorias). El parking estaba saturado y las parcelas eran muy estrechas. Apenas había espacio para abrir la puerta y salir del coche.
