A true gem right off...

Liked: This is a true gem of a hotel and ideal for a stop over or a longer stay to explore the region. Value for money is excellent - the rooms are big, parking is free and the hotel is just off the motorway. We also had dinner in the restaurant which was excellent - first a buffet for starters and then a BBQ - excellent. Finally, the breakfast was amazing - a rich buffet with local and continental dishes. Highly recommend the place and we will be back!
Disliked: No complaints - all was perfect from check in to food to check out

dog friendly place just outside...

Liked: Strange property, wooden chalet like, in the outskirts of Perigueux (city center 6 km away), Just off the motorway. The hotel is facing an industrial area, while the back is all green and countryside like. Comfortable quiet rooms, the restaurant attached to the hotel is excellent (and very reasonably priced), which is a must after a long drive. Parking is easy and free within the precinct of the hotel.Dog friendly.Practical as a stop over.
Disliked: Strong smell of sewage at front of the property.
