Liked: Location was the only good thing about this hotel
Disliked: Uncomfy bed and really basic room with not enough space for what you pay for. We had an annoying noise in the room that we were told would be fixed which was the following day but then the next day was back. The man on reception in our first night lied to us and said he would let us know within half an hour if someone would be up to fix it and then just didn’t. The room wall was paper thin so could hear everyone next door and above us. Couldn’t open the window because the road outside was too noisy and then we discovered the safe wouldn’t open so had to leave valuables at the front desk for the day which we weren’t comfortable with. The bed was really hard and uncomfortable and there was nothing I can think of that was enjoyable about our room or stay.

Bercy a nice location

Liked: Close to number 14 metro to centre of Paris. Almost next to pedestrian area of restaurants and cafes. Absolutely clean, I felt as if bed sheets were changed each day and we were there 4 nights.
Disliked: We had a triple room, it did not have much space and AC did not work so it was quite warm. Luckily we were on top floor. 7th floor so we had window open all night. The room is really meant for sleeping in which suited us fine as we were out early till night each day.

Liked: The hotel was in a nice location, near a small tourist village and near Accor Arena and also two metro stations and bus stations. You could find almost anything inside a small area. Also the train station is near, and the isolation of the sound was very good, you could hear nothing of the noises outside. We had our towels changed each day.
Disliked: The room was a little small, not much space to move freely for two people, and not much space to put the bags or hang the clothes. Also the space where the breakfast was served was not so big, there were many people in a small area. The breakfast was not so tasty.
