Great location but very small...

Liked: Location was great. Underground secure parking was good.
Disliked: Room was very small. Bathroom was tiny and in need of a deep clean.

Nice hotel room and closed...

Liked: The hotel has a closed parking area which is nice. The hotel room itself was super comfy, good bed/pillows and a nice bathroom. Room was a bit small but that wasn't too bad. We didn't book breakfast but I asked and it was no problem. Very nice guy helping us! Breakfast was okayish, we came 1h before it closed so that's perhaps why they didn't refill that much.
Disliked: The staff wasn't friendly on the eveing when we arrived. I reserved a parking spot beforehand and in the message the hotel sent me clearly mentioned I needed to call them when we were in front of the parking entry to get the code. I called them and they said I should have come to the hotel to ask for the code. Also when I wanted to check in the guy was pretty cold and stiff.

Great central hotel for visiting...

Liked: Great central location for visiting Metz, secure garage parking for our motorcycles, good breakfast choice, good value hotel.

Liked: Probably the best hotel in town it is near the town square. staff are great and the rooms are comfortable.Car parking is nearbyThere's coffee and tea plus a bar .I stay here whenever I'm in Metz.
Disliked: Cannot fault this hotel

Disliked: Room was booked for 3 people but wasn't really suitable. OK for a small /young adult but no one else .The sofa bed was not pulled out when we arrived.It wasn't really a sofa but a chair. The room was soo tiny that you couldn't comfortably walk around the bed and the chair when pulled out. Some staff seemed to resent actually engaging with customers.We sat outside at tables with menus on the tables and weren't acknowledged or served for at least 20 minutes.
