Not Quite What We Expected

Liked: The room had air conditioning.
Disliked: The photos don’t match the property. The hotel only has one iron for the entire hotel, we requested more than 3 times and they didn’t seem to put in an effort to help us. We had to ask a 4th time and finally it was available.The pool was another letdown. The photos online make it appear larger and more inviting than it actually is in person, which was a bit disappointing when we saw it for ourselves.All in all, the stay had some positives, but between the lack of basic amenities, the underwhelming pool, and the somewhat impersonal service, it didn’t quite match what we expected from the online presentation.

Moderate hotel for one-two nights

Liked: The parking lot and the pool, although it could be cleaner.Location is good, lots of things nearby
Disliked: The hotel has seen better days. The condition of the rooms is rather sad - the bathroom door creaked terribly, the water in the sink drained slowly, and the shower leaked from all the cracks. The breakfast is good, but not very varied. There is no refrigerator or iron in the rooms.

A Little TLC wouldn’t hurt,...

Liked: Location is ideal. Close to metro and tram to get to key places. Pool sufficient.
Disliked: Stated daily housekeeping but didn’t get it. Limited space by the pool Limited breakfast option

Liked: I really liked the quietness of the room and the cleanliness of the premises and toilets. The staff were very welcoming and attentive.
Disliked: The only downside was the lack of a refrigerator, which would have made it possible to rest independently.
