Comfortable quiet rooms near heart...

Liked: Superior rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Staff is very friendly, paid parking is perfect. For a city the surroundings are reasonably quiet. 20 minutes walk from Prefecture area.
Disliked: Lot's of worn and torn details all over the hotel. Cut tiles, lights not working etc. Fire alarm went off early in the morning. The area of this hotel is very "international"....Garbage innthe streets, graffiti everywhere.

Liked: Staff was very helpful, we stayed in a clean and big room. Parking area was nice and quite secure. We haven’t felt any insecure issue in the neighborhood. (Well, we are from Istanbul and it is quite normal for us to not feel insecure somewhere in EU
Disliked: Nothing particularly

OK but...

Liked: It was great, really loved the pool, the gym, Staff were mostly friendly
Disliked: The maids threw away my friends medication

Disliked: Maid threw away my medication, receptionists said maid would come and sort it and explain, nothing at all, didn't show so I could of died
