Liked: The staff Marcus was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly alert and helpful. He made the stay very easy and pleasant with all of our questions. He improved all the ratings.

Superb

Liked: Location close to the airport for a late flight arrival. Based on this one hotel, perhaps kyriad seem to be making the effort to modernise the overall style and experience, for example a really nice comfortable bed and pillows. Closest in style to Premier Inn in UK that are good comfy hotels. Would book again, and gives a positive impression of Kyriad that maybe Ibis need to copy.Also neighbourhood was fine, and secure parking.
Disliked: Quite a small room for 3, but as we were just there to sleep, and everything else was fine.
