Nice for a short stay...

Liked: Clean, everything you need. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice common area. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: It was extremely loud. People making a noise at all hours of the night and no control by the staff to keep people quiet. Outside was noisy too. There was only coffee for one person, the second one was decaffeinated which is pretty useless.

We had a great time

Liked: Fantastic staff, really friendly and helpful. Quiet location - it is a 5/10min walk from the centre or a short Metro ride. Superb shower, very comfy bed. A fan was provided and already on when we arrived as it was very hot
Disliked: A little untidy around the edges. Room wasn’t serviced during our stay

Very suitable for what I...

Liked: It had parking which was my main criterion. It was not ideally situated but we were able to get to where we needed to but the price reflected this and enabled us to take taxis.
Disliked: The position but it was as I anticipated.

Great city break hotel

Liked: Great location, perfect for families with young children - right next to a city farm. We had a lovely large room which was so comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful too.

Okay for 1 night. Wouldn’t...

Liked: The car park was easy to access. Elevator to upper floors. Staff pleasant and friendly. The bed linen and towels were decent quality. Quiet.
Disliked: Area not appealing. Room small. Bathroom tiny. Bathroom door needs serious painting. Decor needs updating.

Very good

Liked: Lovely staff, good breakfast. Room a good standard for price. Staff were super kind and helpful, especially Sidone.
Disliked: Would like to have a shelf in shower for products, and more shelf space by sink. The soap dispensers were difficult/almost empty.
