Liked: Good value and location with walk through the park to and from the station.

Liked: Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel was brilliant being only around a 15 minute walk into the centre of Lille. Room was spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed a nice and varied breakfast in the morning. Also bonus of free secure car parking.

Lovely staff & noise room

Liked: Overall was good. Family room size was very decent. Lovely staff at reception who has been very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good and decent price. Facilities needs some attention to details. Old carpet, skirting boards came off, and room was very noise. Perhaps a better quality door with less gaps between the door and the frame would help. Also we were any the lift and it makes an awful noise in the room. Like somebody was using a handsaw in the bedroom. Location is good. 10min in taxi to the city centre.

Liked: A clean hotel with very friendly staff. We arrived late at night, tired and hungry. Everything was closed. Somehow, they managed to conjure up a delicious dinner.

Great no frills accommodation

Liked: Great value for money basic accommodation for a family, clean tidy, decent size family room, perfect location to walk into Lille.
