Liked: No breakfast . Location good for the tram , this was cheap and a 4.50E ticket included the use of buses and surprisingly although it said 4.50 each it in fact covered us both as family we think .
Disliked: The car park is public and so therefore not secure . It is free but a tricky walk across the tram tracks up a side road .

Liked: Nice size room. Beds were pretty comfortable
Disliked: The room wasn’t clean. The area is a bit ropey and quite a long way out of the centre. We saw a couple of people breaking into the building behind. When we told the staff the room wasn’t clean, nothing happened for 24 hrs and then it still wasn’t cleaned properly. WiFi is awful. Recessed ceiling light in bathroom hanging out.

Disliked: Room facing the street was a bit noisy, not very well insulated against that. "Bathroom" just separated by a curtain from the room. Everything was very narrow
