A really great stop off...

Liked: Good location. The Pool was well looked after and very nice for a refreshing moment after a long drive.The hotel is situated just on the edge of a very nice modernised park by the river with restaurants and activities. You can walk from there into the old town which is very pretty and surprisingly good for shopping and eating. Really, it’s a great place to stop off if you’re driving further and want to have a little comfortable break with a good meal

as an quick overnight stay...

Liked: it was as you expect as a frequent traveller,
Disliked: we arrived in the evening just about had time to order a beer then everything closed. although there was a machine there

Perfect overnight on the way...

Liked: Helpful staff who allowed us to use the hotel’s freezer for our cool box’s blocks.
Disliked: None

Quiet but no secure parking

Liked: Nice location near the water. Quiet, but probably because there we not a lot of guests.
Disliked: The gate did not close at night. So eventhough the parking is listed to be secured, it really wasn’t.

Exceptional

Fab quiet location and yet...

Liked: We have stayed here a number of times on our way to and from the uk and it is always really goodThe location is lovely, literally right on the river and makes it so easy to walk our dogs after a long journey. There is a lovely bar in the park and a restaurant a few minutes walk away called Jules.The hotel is spotlessly clean and comfortable and the staff are lovely and very welcoming
