Convenient overnight stop near motorway

Liked: Very convenient stop off, close to the motorway, rooms were clean and decent size. Staff were friendly. Quite a few restaurants nearby.
Disliked: Breakfast was not good value at all, very limited choices and a lot of things had run out. Real waste of money. Pool & gym area are tiny.

A great place for a...

Liked: We arrived just when there was a power cut. Obviously the receptionist was a bit nervous and she could not do the check in as she was on the phone trying to sort out the problem. She was concerned with the safety of her current customers but she let us know what was happening and dealt with the incident very professionally and with a smile. We went to have food while she was dealing with the issue and on our way back everything was fine, she was relaxed and very friendly. As usual we like this hotel for the comfy beds, pillows, the cleanliness and the late check out that allows us to use the swimming pool in the morning.
Disliked: Nothing
