fine for one night stay,...

Liked: It's located just out of highway so location is plus, McD is just across the street. also many supermarket in close vicinity.
Disliked: Room and bathroom has bad smell, and there were some molds developed on the slanted windows

Very good

Liked: Clean and welcoming staff. Good value, perfect location close to the highway for travelers.
Disliked: The hallways were dark, that was initially off putting. But then I found the light switch.

Exceptional

Just everything was spot on;...

Liked: Room was warm this time & excellent, the guy on the desk was extremely polite, spoke English which was a help for us as we are aged & understand more French than we speak it. Shower was lovely & hot
Disliked: 'the only thing my partner found a little difficult, as she's very short the wash basin was a little high but very manageable.

Unpleasant stay

Liked: Was able to book 2 hours before
Disliked: Room was freezing when entered. Barely enough blankets. No frills to an extreme.

Liked: It was convenient for us after ferry crossing
Disliked: The room was cold & didn't allow us to adjust the heat

Could have been better.

Liked: The breakfast was ok plenty of choice and the parking was good. The bed was very comfy and the room was very spacious
Disliked: There was no kettle in the room as shown on the photos also when we booked the room we chose this place because they had a bath but on our arrival the room was freezing the radiators were not on in December. We fetched a member of staff to look at it, he sorted out in the bedroom but not the bathroom so we had to call a member of staff again, he came back after half hour but couldn’t fix it consequently I didn’t get a bath because it was too cold in the room. The water temperature wasn’t very hot either.

Small room but helpful staff

Liked: Location and helpful staff. Close to highway and grocery store.
Disliked: Small room with very basic facilities. Room was not warm enough for me.

Secondary booking for the night....

Liked: Location, free and plentiful parking, 24hr desk with a very pleasant night porter. Late pint after a snowy journey 🥰
Disliked: Not much really at that price point
