Liked: Staff very obliging, and plenty of parking, as we had a car and trailer - very convenient

It was OK for short...

Liked: The room & bed, tv was v good
Disliked: The toilet didn't flush, that was a big problem & we can't turn off the air conditioning

Liked: Location
Disliked: I paid for the hotel via booking.com and the hotel then charged me again resulting in bank charges, exchange rate fees and then would not reply to my messages. I had to contact the hotel's head office and the booking.com customer services to try and get resolved.

Good location, not happy about...

Liked: Hotel was in a good location with plenty of outlets near by. Room was a decent size,
Disliked: No remote in the room for the TV so it couldn't be used. I had 3 payments taken from card by the hotel for over £320 which I am still trying to find out what they charged me for but have still not had a reply from them. I have tried to contact their head office.

fine for one night stay,...

Liked: It's located just out of highway so location is plus, McD is just across the street. also many supermarket in close vicinity.
Disliked: Room and bathroom has bad smell, and there were some molds developed on the slanted windows

Liked: Clean and welcoming staff. Good value, perfect location close to the highway for travelers.
Disliked: The hallways were dark, that was initially off putting. But then I found the light switch.

Exceptional

Just everything was spot on;...

Liked: Room was warm this time & excellent, the guy on the desk was extremely polite, spoke English which was a help for us as we are aged & understand more French than we speak it. Shower was lovely & hot
Disliked: 'the only thing my partner found a little difficult, as she's very short the wash basin was a little high but very manageable.
