Liked: Very kind and helpful staff, good buffet menu with a good range of continental breakfast, comfortable beds and the pillow was exceptional for my taste. Despite how it looked, the room was clean and tidy, the location is very good. Overall, it's good value for money
Disliked: The room on the third floor was quite worn out, old carpet, marks of old leak from the roof, the place could do with some refurb

Horrible wouldn’t stay again.

Liked: Only thing I liked was it wasn’t far from airport.
Disliked: I didn’t like the cockroaches in my room, I didn’t like the old, smelly, outdated hotel. I didn’t like the fact staff denied me and my daughter breakfast cos we didn’t prebook but then let a couple come down while we were still stood there and get breakfast although they didn’t prebook either.

Liked: Breakfast was very good. Lots of fresh fruits, croissants and jams. Beds were clean and fresh.
Disliked: Hairdryer wasn't working. There was no toilet brush.

Liked: Easy to find and location was great for our need.
Disliked: The hotel is e tremley tired, it needs a complete renovation and update. Air cannot working, restaurant not open, it was next door to buffalo grill, but that again was very tired and needed updating, food was just about acceptable there.The hotel was clean on the inside, the outside needed a good paint and tidy up
