Kyriad Annecy Cran-Gevrier

Not clean.

Liked: Staff helpful with bus information. Annecy is a lovely town though hotel is quite a long way out.
Disliked: Hotel was not very clean. We stayed at 3 different Kyriads in one week. This was the only one not clean.

Disliked: Poor internet or I should say NO internet connection.

A good value and comfortable...

Liked: Parking was easy as there was lots of space. Check-in was smooth as English was spoken, the manager was polite, pleasant and very helpful in giving advice about the town and places to eat. The room was clean, comfortable and air-conditioned. The bathroom was well-equipped and well lit. The "Buffet-Breakfast" was as expected and very good value with the surroundings, the dining-room or terrace, being clean, bright and very pleasant. Would very happily stay there again .

Disliked: Room smells humid. not enough plugs
